Abstract: Play therapy is a valuable therapeutic intervention in pediatric nursing, facilitating the emotional, cognitive, and social well-being of children in healthcare settings. This review article explores the principles, benefits, and practical applications of play therapy within the context of pediatric nursing. It examines the role of play in promoting coping mechanisms, reducing anxiety, and enhancing communication among pediatric patients.
