Abstract: This review article critically examines the workload of community health nurses and explores the diverse benefits they contribute to the community. The objective is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by community health nurses in their daily tasks and shed light on the positive impact they have on the overall well-being of communities. The article delves into the multifaceted roles of community health nurses, the associated workload, and the resultant benefits to community health.
