This review article examines the importance of identifying early signs of mental health concerns in pediatric patients, the role of pediatric nurses in providing comprehensive support, and the significance of collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. It explores evidence-based screening tools, intervention strategies, and best practices for promoting positive mental health outcomes in children and adolescents. Furthermore, this paper emphasizes the importance of integrating mental health care into routine pediatric nursing practice and fostering partnerships with mental health professionals, educators, and
